  10. before using this software.  Your use of this software you
  11. indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  17. This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use this
  18. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 21
  19. days.  If you use this software after the 21 day evaluation period
  20. a registration fee of $5 is required.  Payments must be in US
  21. dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to Stephen Yost,
  22. 68 School Street, Lexington, MA 02173.  Unregistered use of FM History
  23. after the 21-day evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and
  24. international copyright laws.

  28. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware
  29. version of this software and documentation as you wish; give
  30. exact copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and
  31. distribute the Shareware version of the software and documentation

  33. for any of the above.

  46. One registered copy of FM History may either be used by a single
  47. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  48. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  49. multiple people, but not both.  You may access the registered
  50. copy of FM History through a network, provided that you have
  51. obtained individual licenses for the software covering all
  52. workstations that will access the software through the network.
